Invited to the Feast
“I was hungry and you gave me something to eat. I was thirsty, and you gave me something to drink. I was a stranger, and you took me into your home.” (Matthew 25:35)
Scripture is full of encouragements to help those who are poor, hungry, hurting and need of help. Every year, it is the Mission’s great pleasure to hold a Thanksgiving Banquet for Tulsa’s hungry and homeless men, women and families who wish to come.
In fact, it is the Mission’s great privilege to carry out the commandments of scripture to minister to those in need every day of the year, not just on holidays.
You are the blessing that God has sent to help the hungry and the homeless of Tulsa!
And none of it could be done without YOUR support. Your gifts ensure that anyone who comes to the Mission in need will be fed, sheltered and offered comprehensive care that can change lives. We have said it many times before, but it always bears repeating:
Every day, the Mission serves over 500 meals and provides shelter to hundreds. The incredible work you help to accomplish was on full display last year (2021) when the Mission kicked off its annual Thanksgiving Banquet for the homeless and hungry and also distributed Food Boxes and turkeys to struggling families.
